My flat looks great, I got the new floor down at the end of last week then got the new fridge freezer etc in, spent the weekend there and had it all ready for my new tenants moving in on Monday.
My ceiling now looks 100% better than it did before the flood.
I am absolutely delighted with the job you did and wouldn’t hesitate to use you again in the future for any works I require.

The Team at Property Repair were a delight to deal with. Professional and genuinely friendly - which is an underestimated quality in a trade where you put your faith in the experience and know how of the contractor.
When I needed a quick and very flexible approach to a kitchen expansion they reacted both with speed and also understanding that we could not close the kitchen during trading hours. Property Repair scheduled the work in a logical sequence, suggesting aspects that could be carried out away from site and were then installed after the kitchen closed each day - with minimum impact to trading times.
The work was carried out on time and on budget and after each session the kitchen space was left in a clean and workable condition ready for the next morning.
I'll definitely be using Property Repair again this autumn for the next phase of the expansion project.

Both Jim and myself would like to say a 'BIG THANK YOU' to ALL the team and yourself for restoring the dreadful mess that our previous builder made of installing our new bathroom suite, mahogany units and accessories.
When he ran off with a considerable amount of our money and made a dreadful mess of the plastering, I thought that I would never have a beautiful bathroom again!!!
However, thanks to the excellence of the electrician, plasterer, tiler and plumber who had to take all the fitments out again and of course all the attention given, we were kept in touch with everything that was happening, our bathroom now looks better than I could have ever imagined.
We appreciated your good self taking the time to regularly come around and keep on top of things.
