All Property Repair surveyors are equipped with sophisticated digital cameras, tablet pc's, protimeters, damp meters, etc to carry out surveys and access centralised information. 

This ensures the continuous improvement in our service levels keeping us in line or even exceeding the service level agreements between Property Repair and our instructing principals.  For example, from site we can Meet and Greet our policyholder or client, Measure up the damaged areas, Scope up the works, Take Photographs and Video and send all recorded information to our Claims Management and Costing system which then sends off the Complete Report including Claim Circumstance, Cause and Description of Damage, Cost, Photos, Video, Estimated Working Days on site, etc, to all respective parties. 

And then we're off to our next survey of the day.  Our investment in Technology has massively streamlined the process whilst increasing productivity.
