This ensures the continuous improvement in our service levels keeping us in line or even exceeding the service level agreements between Property Repair and our instructing principals. For example, from site we can Meet and Greet our policyholder or client, Measure up the damaged areas, Scope up the works, Take Photographs and Video and send all recorded information to our Claims Management and Costing system which then sends off the Complete Report including Claim Circumstance, Cause and Description of Damage, Cost, Photos, Video, Estimated Working Days on site, etc, to all respective parties.
