Front Door
• Repainted with weather proof gloss.
• Letter box, knocker and lock replaced in brass.
Hallway, Stairs & Landing
• Ceilings repainted with emulsion.
• Skirtings & Facings repainted.
• Walls painted with two coats of emulsion, Magnolia or White.
• Lay laminate wood flooring throughout.
• All internal doors rubbed down and prepared for decorating.
• Light fitting replaced with fitting of clients choice, up to £30.
Lounge & Bedrooms
• Ceilings prepared and repainted with two coats of emulsion.
• Skirtings & Facings prepared and repainted with two coats of gloss.
• Walls painted with two coats of emulsion, Magnolia or White.
• Lay laminate wood flooring throughout, including underlay.
• Light fitting replaced with fitting of clients choice, up to £30.
Bathroom
• Replace bath, sink and toilet with brand new white suite.
• Replace all taps with chrome taps.
• Replace shower, if required, with Gainsborough electric shower.
• Tile around bath and shower with 6" tiles (based on upto 8m2).
• Install mirror above sink.
• Ceilings prepared and repainted with two coats of emulsion.
• Skirtings & Facings prepared and repainted with two coats of gloss.
• Walls painted with two coats of emulsion, Magnolia or White.
• Apply 9mm plywood & Tile floor with white 12" Tiles throughout.
• Light fitting replaced with fitting of clients choice, up to £30.
Kitchen
• Remove & Replace complete kitchen with brand new wall & base units (based on upto 2 wall units and 3 base units).
• Remove & Replace worktop (based on upto 2 lengths).
• Replace backsplash tiling with 6" tiles (based on upto 5m2).
• Ceilings prepared and repainted with two coats of emulsion.
• Skirtings & Facings prepared and repainted with two coats of gloss.
• Walls painted with two coats of emulsion, Magnolia or White
• Lay laminate wood flooring throughout, including underlay.
• Install stainless steel oven, hob and extractor fan (based on Stoves).
• Light fitting replaced with fitting of clients choice, up to £30.
