We are a One-Stop Shop based in Edinburgh.  Our Property Repair service is carried out on behalf of our Domestic Private Clients as well as the Insurance Sector.  Quality Workmanship and Customer Care are our Main Priorities.

We have exceptional knowledge of the Roof Repairs Industry.  Our staff have the training and ability to deal with High Volumes of Insurance Claims professionally.  We regularly work closely with major insurance companies and policyholders to help validate and carry out the required repairs.

If you have experienced Damage to your Roof and require roofing work to be carried out, we can arrange for our Qualified Roofer to visit you as soon as possible to assess the damage.  Within 5 days you will receive our Free Estimate and Insurance Report.

Our office staff will make you aware of any possible Emergency Costs before our Roofer arrives at your property, so that there are no surprises.  Emergency Costs only apply if the damaged roof is causing a danger to the public or letting in the elements, in this case an Emergency Repair would be required. 

We can invoice your insurance company direct straight after the works have been completed. There will be no cost to you whatsoever.

We understand the distress and inconvenience such an event can cause, and we therefore attend to this as quickly as possible.

Property Repair

have spent years working on roofs of all descriptions, and can give an independent report to our clients. We will set up ladders and examine the roof, chimney, ridges, hips, valleys, flat roofs, gutterings, etc, and give a written report on any problems found. These will be backed up by digital photos which we will upload onto our site. A username & password will be provided to Property Repair clients. This will, of course, guarantee that the problems are there, allowing you the ability to examine the photos in the comfort of your own home.

All our roof inspection surveys are carried out by roofing and ex-roofing trade professionals.  Our roof surveyors complete there own risk assessment analysis & instal all the necessary and reasonably expected precautions that are practically available to them to ensure health and safety is maintained to themselves and others during the work.

The roof survey covers all the areas of the roof including;

Chimneys, verges, hips, valleys, gutters, gullys, flashings, under felts, abutments, eaves, ridges, rain water goods, roof moss, and the attic spaces.

The roof survey will normally not comment on the structural integrity as this is the area of a Structural Engineer. However, should a roof surveyor spot an obvious structural defect such as lack of bracing or an obvious roof sag, it will be brought to the customers attention for further assessment.
